I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me when I lost my wallet in a taxi. They not only helped me track down the taxi driver, but also went out of their way to check the urgent passport application procedures for me. Thanks to them, I was able to retrieve my ID and passport, saving me a lot of time and stress. The service here deserves six stars!

We stayed at a hotel near the exhibition centre. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious with a nice view from higher floors. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive, and it was the perfect place for attending fairs.

Spent New Year's in a great hotel near the convention center with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Loved the fact that the room was big enough to move around comfortably and the bedroom was so cozy. the key location is ideal for business travelers because of its proximity to the convention center. But, what I liked the most is the spectacular view of the sunset from the room window - an absolute delight!

The only thing I disliked was the shortage of restaurants in the area. Although the hotel had a pleasant restaurant, it would have been excellent to have more options in the area.

The hotel had decent, spacious rooms and the staff were helpful. the breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. It was great that the hotel was located near a convention center and had friendly staff.

Guests should be aware that the hotel lacks amenities and food options.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was the best decision we made. The location was perfect for attending events and shows, and the hotel room itself was clean and spacious. We especially loved the fresh fruit delivered to our room every day and the friendly, helpful staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Another great aspect was the rooftop garden with its potential for a cozy rooftop bar. Who knows, maybe in a few years it will be an added perk for future visitors.

While the hotel had everything we needed for our convention center visit, there wasn't much to do in the immediate walking distance, and the fitness facility left something to be desired. However, the hotel's proximity to Macau and its staff's helpfulness in assisting with any unexpected travel issues more than made up for it.
